A review of “3:16” (well, just because J )
But, there is reasoning in listing these Scriptures……

Genesis 3:16) Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.

Exodus 3:16) Go, and gather the elders of Israel together, and say unto them, The LORD God of your fathers, the God of Abraham, of Isaac, and of Jacob, appeared unto me, saying, I have surely visited you, and seen that which is done to you in Egypt:

Interesting.

Numbers can be used to help to remember the Scriptures.

The chapter and verse divisions themselves are not inspired, however.

No, they are not "inspired." The were added.....to create "order" from the original texts............

It is also one way to study the Bible...........and one can find "nuggets" of Truth by searching through Scripture this way......well, I have anyway........... :)

Try it yourself............pick a Chapter and Verse and then just start reading through the Books of the Bible to see what you find...........you might end up being "inspired" by one or more of the passages you read! :)
