YUH, Adventure time FTW...lol...You want a messed up cartoon....Ren and Stimpy takes the cake. I don't even know how they allowed that show on TV.;)

I forgot about Adventure Time. That cartoon messed with my head. It was so random and wacky. I found it quite exhausting and at times, due to the extreme lack of purpose - disturbing. But it was also like being in my head as a 12-year old. Only now I had to turn off my the adult logic part of my brain.

I grew up in 60s and 70s watching cartoons of its day and earlier from 1930s to 1970s. Also I like animated motion pictures. More of Pixar, and non-disney animations. Like Ice Age for example.

I was blessed to see how CARS were being made and seen the movie a year and half BEFORE it was released in the theaters. I got gifts from John Lassiter of Pixar. Nice man!

I enjoyed Bugs Bunny and friends, Popeye, Tom and Jerry, and Scooby Doo. I also enjoyed live version of cartoons Saturday Mornings such as SHAZAM! And Land of the Lost. Hahaha. I had a crush on Kathy Coleman who was on Land of the Lost series back then. Oh the Monkees!! Um.. there were other live action "cartoons" back then. I forgot the names of them! Oh well.

Oh, you guys brought back memories for me!

I am very disappointed in the networks for dropping cartoons for news on Saturday Mornings!! Kids hated that! I hated too because I wanted to watch it and I am 49!! lol!! Everyone, got millions of dollars?? We can buy out a network and bring back the toons! lol!

Finally one more thing, have you noticed a new cartoon character in my avatar? Yup, his name is Cory Big Heart (R), Cory is my creation. He is a Christian cartoon character who knows sign language and he is sweet guy, nice as well. Has a big heart for everyone. Oh Cory is missing his lady, Cora Sweet Heart on here.. He is looking for her!! He really loves her! LOL. Cory is signing I Love You.

If it's the occasional Disney movie then I say yes. Otherwise, I don't go watching what ever trends seem to be going on when it comes to cartoons. In fact, those type of things annoy me. Lots of trends annoy me.

i like how cartoons make little pretense about how ridiculous they are,
refreshingly honest compared to most TV
