are there women here that are having problem in losing weight?

i'm one... i am 4'10" and i'm 73.9 kg already..:(

just thinking that maybe we could have a group here that will encourage each other to lose those unwanted pounds..

i want to lose weight too. the thing i'm drinking has lots of calories so i'm not doing a very good job =[
