hey heres some tips for the flu my brethren:) 1. Wash your throath down with hot water.(clean your pipes lol no seriously the flu virus is in your throath because of our constant breathing, but by lowering the level of virus cells and washing them to your stomach[where they cant survive] you lower the strain on your lymphatic system). 2. if infected with flu garggle some warm water with salt the salt will loosen the mucous and you will breath better be warned u may choke just a little its a reflex from your lungs. WEAR white sweaters with a black under shirt it absorbes more heat keeps u warm. wash your hands but not too often, just dont touch your face if u havent washed. Make sure to have good rest before you go into a crowded room and if u feel sick(fatigued) do take a day off and rest ur body will appreciate it.

Wow... wish I had gotten this advice 48 hours ago. I have the worst flu i've had in years! But thanks... I'll keep this in mind for NEXT flu season! ;)

The weather can put you down our body needs a light source just like plants (its more of a thing from the mid brain). Low light makes you mellow and in turn can depress. Try to get a good dose of regular sun light and during cloudy days go to a public library or anywhere there are very bright lights, like a hospital, bad example, like a super store. Well keeping a well being helps fight against viruses :) but when we're down were easily infected, EVEN with sleep!! Just remember bright lights keep you awake.:)

Eat healthy and regular excersise for the guys or girls shadow boxing my professor Dr.Mustafa told me about it. its really helpful im actually gaining some muscle mass and i dont do it that often. Remember a strong body has a strong defense.
