Many people question God because things don't seem 'right' in their eyes. Yet, ironically, these people also have a tendency to not do anything to allow God to work in their lives either. They leave God out, maybe even push Him out, then wonder why He seems absent. God doesn't force Himself on people. If you don't want God in your life, then He stays out.
Also, often times people blame God for the decisions they make, when they have to deal with the consequences of their own choices. I don't know all the details of your life, i'm just relating what seems most common. Even among many Christians.
I have had plenty of issues in my own life, and i could easily question God. And sometimes i do. But when i'm honest with myself i realize much of what i have to complain about involve my own choices. And even the things that are outside of my control? Well, that's part of the world we live in. Sickness. Bitterness. All sorts of things we have to deal with are part of the world we live in. But does the existence of bad automatically prove that God does not exist? Or that He has even abandoned you? Or is it possible you just lack understanding, and it's easier to deny God than it is to come to terms with yourself and your own shortcomings?
