Wow. I wish it were that simple, to let down one's hair and be able to escape the castle! :)

You know, it's funny. I hear so often, when we have a problem all one has to do, is go out there and get what you want! If you want to be a doctor, go do it. If you want to save the world, go do it. If you want to eat a hamburger, go do it! Yet, I ask you, what if God hems you in, and you cannot yet do what you would like to do? Did the Israelites get to escape when they first felt the crack of the whip? Did Hannah snap her fingers justifiably and receive a child the moment she felt the pangs of an empty womb? Was Joseph able to free himself from jail when he was forgotten, miserably sold into slavery, and left for dead in a well? No...each and all had to wait until it was God's timing to be set free from their burden. :)

I too have waited. The day is not yet here, but it is approaching. I lost all my things years ago, but I have not yet been allowed to rebuild. The strangest thing ever! I am friendly, ''attractive,'' physically healthy and am, by nature, very active mentally, emotionally, physically. You would never suspect I am and have been undergoing such a thing! But, yes I have. I long for the day to be free! I cannot even imagine it. ''We were like those who dreamed...'' said the Psalmist when the Israelites' fortunes were restored (Psalm 126:1).

If anyone else is waiting and longing for God's deliverance, maybe you can cry out with me in one big shout, that He, the Lord, will part the Heavens and come down, reach down from on high and take hold of us, rescue us from our enemies too strong for Us, and bring us out into a spacious Place. <3

I would like to make some Christian contacts my age because where I live, I appear to be surrounded by mostly unbelievers. Christians=Oxygen. My love to all of you.

Awesome introduction, sister! Welcome to CC. I hope you enjoy your stay here and that you're challenged, encouraged and supported here and have a bit of fun. Love your username. Is it a reference to The Lego Movie?
