I am a Lay Reader in the Anglican faith and my life has been shattered by the discovery of my husband's activities both online and with my friends. I feel so stupid because this has been going on for a very long time and I only found out last June when dating sites and pornography started to appear on my computer.

I need to chat with people who have experienced this sort of behaviour and find out how they coped. I live in Spain and have been granted help with this legal separation. It should be finalised about July.

I hope there are people out there who have suffered the devastation of their lives by this type of behaviour.

It is terrible what your husband has done to you. It says a lot about your 'friends' too. You are not alone in the suffering of marital infidelity as there are a few others on this site who have suffered the devastation of this as well. I hope that this place can become a place of healing and comfort for you. God Bless You. Welcome to CC.

You are NOT stupid, you´re just a victim and, at least, now you know what´s going on in HIM.

That´s not you fault, although "we" sometimes made the other spouse failed.
