no. if you believe in other gods, TODAY is the day to call on the one true god, through jesus christ - jesus is the only one by whom anyone (and you) may be saved.
beauty marks mean nothing most of the time.
other times, it may indicate something (toxin, nutrient, biologic, steroid, etc etc) affected the area (for better or for worse).
other times other things can cause marks on the body, things of spirit, of mind, of soul? perhaps, or just simply physical(most common).
there may be beauty in you. it's not related to marks showing up. remember beauty is vain and charm is deceitful --- i.e. beauty(physical) is not an asset of value in heaven or in spirit. often it is a hindrance.
