If you want to navigate the forums, you click on Chat Rooms. You'll see the list of Rooms, where you'll click on whatever you're interested in, then you'll click on the subject of topic, and if you're interested in replying or adding your input, you click at the bottom right where it says post quick reply...I hope this helps!
