Welcome

Well, first we need to know what kind of help you need.

It often makes it easier if a request is posted in the relevant forum

ie prayer request, family, teens etc

Yes I was waiting for someone to answer. I need to pass an exam and I really don't have the interest to study. My relationship with God is not good either. I have wasted many years. My life is idle and boring and lazy. Yet I don't have the interest to study.
I was away from a particular sin . But that keeps coming back again and again. What should I do. Thoughts of depression failure and suicide are high in my mind..

SJ, Some encouragement for you...Just know that first & foremost, you are Loved by your Heavenly Father, and He has only good things planned for your future. Sometimes life can get very repetitious, as in loosing your passion for life. Jesus wants to bring the "LIFE" back into your life, as He is our Everlasting life giver. Don't ever feel alone in this world, because you are Not alone. Jesus is right there beside you always. One thing I do know for sure is when we abide in Jesus & His word, & give our heart to the Lord, that's when He fills us with His Life Giving spirit & all things become new. I don't know if you have given your life to the Lord, but if not, just know Jesus is there for you & He longs to fill your life you only good things. He will re-new your life & you will find meaning & hope, peace & joy. One of my favorite quotes "I asked God for All things that I might enjoy Life, but He gave me "Life" that I might enjoy all things"....

if it's any help, you're not the fist person to tire of studying / learning. Even Solomon the wise got tired of it all:

“Meaningless! Meaningless!”
says the Teacher.
“Utterly meaningless!
Everything is meaningless.”
(...)
[SUP]16 [/SUP]I said to myself, “Look, I have increased in wisdom more than anyone who has ruled over Jerusalem before me; I have experienced much of wisdom and knowledge.” [SUP]17 [/SUP]Then I applied myself to the understanding of wisdom, and also of madness and folly, but I learned that this, too, is a chasing after the wind. [SUP]18 [/SUP]For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief.

I'm more worried about the suicidal thoughts and depression you speak of than the exam. You need to see a doctor, and get professional help. God will help you, but he often uses doctors to do his will.

Being lazy and bored can also be symptoms of depression. Please get help before your brain changes and this becomes a permanent state. The sooner you get medical help, the sooner you will feel better.

Praying for you to get the medical help you need.
