Hey what's up everyone! My name is Joe, I am new here and I wanted to share my testimony from a long time ago! I hope you guys enjoy it!

I want to tell people about an experience that changed my life forever. A lot of people don’t even know this about me but I am not afraid to share it. I have a Testimony from a long time ago that I feel God wants me to share with everyone. I remember it like it was yesterday because it was the best night of my life. On 7/22/2000 when I was nine years old I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior. It was on a Saturday night at Church camp with Pastor Robert Martin from Zion Hill Baptist Church. I felt reborn like I had never committed a sin before in my life, I felt light as a feather, I felt unconditional love, I felt like nothing was being held against me anymore, and I felt free. Do you all know why? Because I was saved and I got to meet Jesus Christ for the first time ever. I was born a Gentile but reborn a Christian as a part of the body of Christ. Do you all want physical evidence he exists? Well look around you at my fellow Christians who share the Holy Spirit within their hearts. We all have a Testimony of meeting Jesus Christ. Alone I can’t do much but together with my fellow Christians we make up the body of Christ. We make the arms, the legs, the head, the chest, the feet, and every part of Christ’s body. Jesus once said to his Apostle Thomas after he resurrected, “Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.” Well, all of you can’t see air but it’s there and everywhere around you. Even if you all could physically see him there would still be a lot of people in doubt about him. It was like that for him when he walked in the flesh. I promise he is there and he is more real and alive than you can possibly imagine. I am proof because I have met him as well as my other fellow Christians who have seen him. You don’t see him physically with your eyes but inside of your heart. When you are saved you can feel his touch in your heart and he will take away the pain of every sin you have ever committed in your life in a flash through the Holy Spirit. It says in Jeremiah 29:13, “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart..” The best way I can describe it when you seek him with all of your heart.. It’s like a door and he will come to you knocking and it’s up to you at this point to accept him. Our hearts and bodies are like temples and when Jesus comes to your door you will know and you better let him in to your heart. It’s like a door that keeps knocking in your heart, and your heart races so fast that you know it’s him. When you accept him it’s like a huge uplifting feeling in your heart and everything changes from there. You become a child of God, saved, and reborn a Christian in the family of Christ. You are never alone again because you have brothers and sisters in the family of Christ. It says in 1 John 4:13 “Hereby know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his Spirit.” You know you are saved when you feel his spirit in your heart. No one can belong to Jesus without having the Holy Spirit and his Grace. Now you all wonder what is the Holy Spirit? Well you have the Heavenly Father, the Son Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Alone they don’t make God but together as one they make the Trinity with God as a whole. When you receive the Holy Spirit from Jesus Christ you are able to call upon him through the Holy Spirit in prayer. You receive strength, wisdom, and courage to do all things in Christ. But you have to pray with all of your heart and he will not always say yes depending on what you are asking of him. Sometimes it takes time for him to respond to you. The world is a big place… All of my fellow Christians are connected together in the family of Christ through the Holy Spirit. Jesus was a wood carpenter in the flesh when you receive the Holy Spirit in your heart and body which is your temple. He will rebuild your temple every time this world tries to break you with every hardship. Jesus never said living this life was going to be easy. But this world isn’t my true home but in the Kingdom of Heaven is mine as it can be for anyone who seeks and receives Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. I don’t fear death as shouldn't any other fellow Christian of mine. I know what is on the other side with all of my heart. After I received the Holy Spirit and was saved by Jesus Christ. I was baptized not long after that to show my spiritual representation that I serve the Lord. It’s my job to spread God’s word as he works within me. Jesus works through music, prayers, people, the Holy Spirit, scripture, and many other ways. Once saved you have a relationship with Jesus Christ and nothing can break your salvation after you are saved. However, it is very easy to stray in this life. I strayed from the flock when I was growing up in my teens. But Jesus Christ didn't give up on me and came back for me every time. He is our good Shepard and he comes back for all of his sheep that stray who belong to the family of Christ. Well I came back to the flock 3 to 4 years ago but it took a lot to get back there. I may make mistakes but I will never depart from my Testimony on the day he saved me. Never.. So yes it’s very easy to stray and you do sin even after being saved. I always make mistakes and mess up. But like any relationship you ask for forgiveness when you mess up and he will always forgive if you mean it with all of your heart. Also always forgive the people around you and if you can’t hug them up close. Then hug them through your prayers at a distance for them as you forgive them with Jesus Christ. Always forgive and that way our Father in Heaven can forgive you. Anyone can be saved at all ages because I have seen people of all ages become saved. When I was saved I remember a young adult who was probably around the age I am now to be saved the same time I was at nine years old. He was very confused about it but when I met Jesus that night. He also met Jesus Christ and became saved with me. I invite you all to become a part of the body of Christ now in the year of 2015 and receive Jesus Christ as your personal savior. If your back is turned from Jesus Christ and you have strayed from the flock then this is an open hand to welcome you back. It’s a free gift and it’s not enforced. You can choose to accept it or not because it’s up to you. But just know that you aren't promised tomorrow because no one is promised tomorrow. Each day is a blessing.

Wow. That's a giant wall of text. You need some breaks and paragraphs. Many will not even attempt to read it like that. We also have a section set aside for testimonies, so you may have more traffic there than here.

It's really big.
Just try to break it at least with a few paragraphs.
Otherwise, all the glory remains the Lord's.

Welcome to CC!
