Well, this is the introduction section for new users. Since you've clearly bypassed introducing yourself then post your question somewhere more fitting, like the bible discussion forum. New user section isn't a good place to get many answers.
Personally I would label it Sunday. But it's also not something I have felt a need to look deeply into. The bible discussion will have a lot of debate. I'd suggest reading over the debates and pray and Coke to your own conclusion. Also you can do searches for similar topics as new threads on it seem to start weekly.

Well, is she changing her belief? Or just changing it to not be in contradiction with what you believe?
If she genuinely thinks Sunday is the right day, and she was wrong before, then it would be wrong if her to Not change.
But if she's doing it just because it's what you believe, but she disagrees then that will be a bad start to things for the two of you.
The most common church I'm aware of that do Saturays are 7th day Adventist, and many consider them a cult. There may be some others that do Saturday as well, but I'm not aware of them.

Scripture says we are not to judge each other for the days we choose to worship. However, some Seventh Day Adventists seem to get rather pushy about insisting they have chosen the correct day, and claim everyone else is doing not just doing it wrong, but breaking a very important commandment. If she is SDA, she will probably not want to change observing a Saturday Sabbath. It is a big part of how they separate themself from the rest of the body. Ellen White is their guru "prophetess." She has been proven wrong on many counts, but that does not stop them from all but idolizing her.
