Whenever I click the blue "chat now" button I just keep being brought to a blank white page. How could I join the chat?

is your computer software and windows up to date? Is your anti-virus preventing you?

make sure you give it time to load...I get the white screen momentarily as well

Hmm..it fully loads than stays on a white screen
