ricky1...we're not sure what you mean by your comment "Porn watching men", but not sure we need to know. Why point out the obvious. Why not offer the real answer or a counter productive measure that changes the topic to a higher level of spiritual growth?

Ask the Lord to forgive you that you did it. Ask Him to lead you into repentance. Throw the computer out or take a filter. Ask Him to cleanse you with His blood from all the images you have seen. Get delivered from those unclean spirits that are attached to it and make you addicted. Ask prayer in church or if they don't do that watch T.B. Joshua on youtube praying for viewers for deliverance.
Get baptized in the Holy Spirit.
Get to know who you are in Christ. There's also help groups on internet.

Can't you put a filter on it there? We had one guy who watched porn at the office. When they found out he got fired. The Lord can make that you find it disgusting and can't even watch it if you let Him btw.

Use the idle time to study your Bible instead. Hard to look at porn when you're reading God's Word. Just a suggestion.

Filters, like band aids, work superficially, but they do not heal the wounded parts of us. I have, many times, posted what I think is one of the best answers. If you can't locate those posts, PM me. But search for them first.

I saw just stay away from it it's like any other addiction it's hard for first two weeks but gets easier as time goes on . Later you will be quite shock that it had such a hold on you ,but at the same time you just let it.

Completely uninformed about addictions. People can go months without giving in to their addiction. Sometimes a year or more. But if the root cause of the addiction isn't treated, then the addiction doesn't just disappear because you stayed away from it. That only means you're stalling until it comes back.

And if it were that easy to stay away from an addiction, then it wouldn't be an addiction.

Things like porn addiction require accountability from others. Especially in the case of filtering your computer. You can put filtering software on, but if you can just as easily remove it or turn it off it's useless. So having another person who can set the password for you, that way you are locked out, is one reason for needing accountability.
Many times it requires counseling to get past, like most addictions.

Adding to the fact that this man is looking at gay porn, that in itself indicates a deeper problem as well.

Normally you learn that in a good church and there they pray for you to get baptized in the Holy Spirit. There's also preachings on internet on who you are in Christ, like that link I posted. Just pray: Lord forgive me of my sins. Forgive me for looking at this stuff. Lord lead me in repentance.
He has some good teachings also on how to get free from sin:
