As for your rut and how to get out of it I think many here can help you with that. For instance in your faith when it was alive there are certain things you need to have one of them and the most important part is an actual relationship with God. You see he is after a true relationship with his children it isn't enough for him to receive and honor and sacrifice not is it enough for him to have ppl who believe in him, he wants a true love and bond and connection with us he wants us to be able to tell him anything even if it's out anger he treasures an honest heart and even when we speak out of anger to him he does not have a lightning bolt ready to strike us down he calmly sits there and listens to us having only love and understanding in his eyes.
He wants us to know that no matter how bad life gets or how alone we feel we can always run to him and he will always have open arms ready and even very eager to embrace us. if one has this with him then no matter how much they are lacking at the time they will know him like they never could dream, his heart is one I have sought after exhaustively and the beauty i found in it the depth of his wonder and love I found amazed me, at first I followed him because I was a christian but soon as he and I became closer as he and I fell more and more in love with each other I began to adore who he is I sought after him because I was madly in love with him.
