Hey davy, Jesus died for your sins. He rose from the grave, and He's coming again. If you put your faith in Him, He'll save you and give you eternal life. If you reject Him and His gift of salvation, you'll be lost forever. Please respond ASAP. ;)

Yes I've heard it all before. How can you prove that God exists?

God loves you so much He sent His Son to die for you. Even if you were the only person in the world. How do you explain that love?

If it's not true I don't have to explain it at all

What makes you think we can prove God exists? If you are sincerely and diligently seeking Truth, He will reveal Himself to you, as He did to us. If you have just come here to argue, or to try to convince us that God does not exist, you are wasting your time.

That is the best answer that I have heard. Thank you. I want to ask a question, if God is all powerful and if he is all loving, why does evil still exist? I mean if God is all powerful he could destroy evil. If he was all living he would. Why is evil still here?

Hello Davy11011.. welcome to C.C.Well you said that you are an atheist wanting to debate God's existence and I'm sure some people will be more than happy to debate you in this. I am a Christian..I believe in Jesus and have accepted Him as my personal savior. I won't debate you on something that you don't believe in. But I would like to ask you why you're and atheist.

If you use the "reply with quote" function at the bottom right of the post you are responding to, we will all know who you are addressing. Evil is the result of man's refusal of God sovereignty. Due to pride, man chose to follow sef will instead of God's will. Welcome to CC! :)

Because God is also fair and just. Satan is given time to see if his way is better than God's way. I believe we can all agree that Satan's way stinks....evil that is on display now....is from Satan and sin that we commit.

Simply put our knowledge of God would be shallow if evil wasn't around. Think about it. We walked with God in the beginning then sin happened and ruined our connection. Then some time passed and then God gave us an even better option. Eternal life in heaven. Theoretically there cannot be ultimate good without evil. That's putting it simply.

If mans pride caused him to leave God, why did God create humans knowing that they were going to leave him?

I am not here to debate, just wanna share my belief in what you are asking. :) God simply allows evil, but time will come He will eradicate them all. Why He allows evil? To give us free will. He didn't created us to be like robots which He could simply manipulate to choose Him and love Him. He wants us to love Him freely, out of our own choice to love Him. :) You see, you have a choice to love Him or not, it depends on you. But to tell you what sir, if you open your heart for Him, it would be the best choice you will ever make. I promise and assure you you won't regret it. May God bless you. :)

So far you all have done a wonderful job. I believe in God and was just wondering how "Good" Christians would react too questions asked by an atheist. I am sorry if I wasted anybody's time big you really helped me be able to answer a question that was imposed on myself. Thank you and God bless.
