I'm just an alienated christian seeking godly peers. The company I tend to keep are nonbelievers and I can't relate to much of their opinions.

When I was younger, after getting saved , I still hung out with non believers, but finally I decided to make new friends who are mostly Christians and started hanging out with them more often, God started to open new things to me. At this age 95 percent of my friends are believers which helps me grow lot spiritually, and mentally. Bless those of that make right choices regarding relationships.

Thanks. I try to explore the churches around my area but usually don't get up in time and when I do I don't find people near my age group. Its hard being a 32 year old second shift worker lol.

Hey! Welcome to cc. You will find a lot of good people. I would recommend that you don't hang out with atheists who encourage you to dothings which are immoral. Other than that, be nice to everyone you come by. Remember never to return goodness with evil. Good luck!

Well if it makes you feel better, remember that Jesus did not hang out with upstanding citizens or believers. Stay in God's word and in prayer. Who knows, your life could be the example of Christ that they need to see.
