Good evening all,

I'm new here tonight, so I'll introduce myself. I'm a 54 yo single lady from Atlanta. My days are busy with work, family, and church life. But the nights get a little lonely sometimes and my little dog, Buddy, although a good listener, is no substitute for good Christian fellowship. ;-) So, here I am. Hoping to make some new friends, offer encouragement where I can, find encouragement when I need it, and learn from you all.

Greetings! I have been busy with family and fun this week, as many of you have, and haven't been here for a few days. What a DELIGHT to come back and find your messages. You are all so kind and it is a pleasure making your acquaintances. :-D Thank you all for making me feel welcome. Love the puppy Magenta. SO cute! Thanks for appreciating my avatar Ahwatukee. Looks just like me. LOL Sorry to hear about the loss of your doggy Tourist. :-( It seems so unfair that their little lives are so short. I asked a friend of mine once, why she thought God made their lives so short and she replied, "Oh, that's easy. So you won't love 'em more than your children." Makes me laugh every time I recall it. I think she's right!
