I have decided to really study, ponder and pray about the Book of Galations. I don't know why I choose it, perhaps it chose me. I stepped into a world of contradictions as Paul's heart broke at the discovery of the church members who had so easily been persuaded by family and friends to go back to their old way of worship. To follow the traditions of their fathers and hold so tightly to the Mosaic Laws. I could feel Paul's frustration as he chastised his church members. "Should I destroy and tear down all that has been built and rebuild all that has been torn down? I am paraphrasing, from Galations chap 1. He tells us that the Law of Moses was basically a school master for the unrighteous to bring them to God and that the Law was done away with when our Lord sacrificed for us. It is only through our Lord Jesus Christ and OUR FAITH in HIM that will save us and not the works under the LOM. {circumcision, choice of foods and preparation ...} He talks about Abraham in the Old Testement and the promise God gave him ...That In thee shall all nations be blessed, so if Abraham is saved and not having been under the law of Moses then all who are of faith shall be blessed likewise.. no need now for the LOM. would like your opinions or corrections
