New here and thought I'd see what this is all about

In my youth I used chat rooms all the time to meet new people. Over the years I grew out of it and then went back into it I guess. In the real world, I am a little more to my own and shy I guess. I don't mind talking to people, but sometimes it stresses me out. I guess I'm more of a writer than a speaker.
I do want to get this out there A.S.A.P, I am not a member of a physical church. Yes I am part of the body of Christ and am part of the church. However, I seem to have trouble fitting into a physical one. I have been praying that I would be sent to one and in the meantime, I felt that I should join this chat forum to fellowship.

Welcome!
I'd like to encourage you to find a church. Even if it seems awkward at first. I didn't have a church for years and am now deeply thankful for my church family.
God told us to not forsake the gathering of others. This is for our benefit, not His.

And these chats can certainly be part of your family of God. :)

This site is an excellent one for Christian fellowship. Actually, I'm more of a writer than a speaker too as writing is at your own pace and you have sufficient time to write clear thoughts on what you are really trying to communicate. As for meeting new people on this site you just never know who is going to come into your life. I met my wife on this site. For some members this site is a sort of ministry so maybe it can be a ministry to you as well. Glad to have you as a member of our family. Welcome to CC.

Instead of looking for a church that you fit in to, maybe you should look for a church that you could set a good example for.

Hello There! Welcome to Christian Chat. We are all happy to see that you have join. May God continue to bless your heart and guide you. I totally understand where you are coming from. I'm also an introvert so it's pretty difficult for me to speak but with God all things are possible. It takes time and prayer. Anywho, I really am happy to see you on here. You should join the chatroom sometimes, we all can introduce ourselves and fellowship.
