Hello to all my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. First of all I'm thankful to be able to have a place to come to and chat anytime I need someone to talk to who is a believer as well. We need each other to stay strong and our faith. Thank you Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ!
A little about myself I suppose. I was saved when I was younger, but have been serious about my faith only for the last few years or so. Our Father has shown and grown me up in many ways since. I'm hoping one day to commit myself to the mission field. A few things I enjoy are cycling, writing, reading, outdoor activities and seeking truth. I'm thankful for each day the good Lord has given to me, and I pray I only become wiser in how I use this time He has given. Here is a poem I wrote a few years back. Devil & the Lock
Joking with the joker
Growing weary for my soul
He haunts me like a ghost
No matter where I go
Every single minute
He’s picking at my mind
Trying to open the lock
To taint what lies behind
This is the truth
I will tell you now
If he ever broke the lock
To discover he has lost
How angry he will be
To see a child of the Cross
Past these pins
Lies no sin
Only my savior
Christ, amen
