Welcome Sunshine! - It is a wonderful thing (isn't it?) that now you have come to God once more realizing that it is not a cowardly thing to pray. And I've learned we cannot talk to God unless we walk with Him when we are not talking. Jesus is ready, and He is in the room before you got there waiting with a huge smile waiting for you.....are you ready? Jesus says today is the day of Salvation, and the bible illustrates : After which; "...to live is Christ, and to die is gain." Are you ready? many times we talk about praying as a means-to-an-end. The truth is when we are in Christ - it is the power to accomplish God's goals.
I have also learned by my own walk, that when I think to pray about a thing; I need to stop talking and pray. So, may I?
"Father, I come before You in prayer in faith, believing. Your Word says You deserve all men and women to be saved and come into the knowledge of the Truth, so I bring 'Little Miss Sunshine' before You this day.
I break the power of satan from his assignments and activities in 'Little Miss Sunshine's' life in the Name of Jesus. Now, while satan is bound, I ask that You send both forth the perfect laborers to share the Good News of the Gospel in such a way that 'Little Miss Sunshine' will listen and understand it.
As the Truth is ministered, I believe 'Little Miss Sunshine' will open her eyes to the Gospel, come out of the snare of the devil, and make Jesus Lord (fully realized by Your Workmanship).
Father , I ask that You fill 'Little Miss Sunshine' with the knowledge of Your will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding. As I intercede on her behalf, I believe that the power of the Holy Spirit is activated, and from this moment on, I shall praise and thank You for 'Little Miss Sunshine's' Salvation. I am confident that You are alert and active (never sleeping), watching over Your Word to perform it. It will not return to You void. It will accomplish that which You please and prosper in the thing whereto it was sent.
Therefore, my conclusion of faith is: 'God has begun a good work in 'Little Miss Sunshine's' life and He will perform it and bring it to full completion until the day of Jesus Christ, in Jesus' Name." ....AMEN! (Let it be so).
*Prayers offered in faith will restore them from sickness and bring them to health. The Lord will lift them up from the floor of despair, and if the sickness is due to sin, then God will forgive their sins. So own up to your sins to one another, and pray for one another. In the end, you may be healed. Your prayers are powerful when they are rooted in a righteous life, (a relationship with God which is rightly aligned). ....James 5:15-16.
May God richly bless you in your walk of faith. Search for godly counsel and friendship and you can trust thru the discernment of the Holy Spirit to find His truths. I will see you in the hallways, I hope....Welcome Sister! ~Dan~
