I believe there is, but you also have to pay attention to when they last logged in. Simply finding them listed does not mean they are active.
Near the top go to Community -> Chat Members
Click advanced on Search Members -> Advanced
Then it offers various fields.
Take note of the distinction between Flag/Nationality and Location.
