Welcome,

My name is Kia. I am currently a 21-year-old graduate student out of Florida. I have always identified as a christian but honestly wasn't living accordingly. There are many temptations that come with being a University student, especially in this day and age. Although, that is NO excuse. I have recently decided to truly live through Christ and humble myself to God. I have felt previously that I was digging a hole deeper and deeper with each sin and I was too far gone to return. I was too shamed to attempt to face God and speak to him, but Ive learned ITS NEVER TOO LATE. I have joined this website in hopes of strengthening my relationship with God and building a support system. Hope to hear from you soon.

Thanks for reading, Kia

There is no hole too deep that we dig that Jesus can't come into and walk out of it with us.

You know that and never let go of that.

God bless you and my prayer is that through this site you will find people who will walk with you and help you

I've been the same way. I grew up in a Christian home, went to church every sunday, and even went to a Christian school in grades 6-10. But until a couple years ago, I never really took it seriously and I feel like I've never come across anyone who has taken being a Christian seriously or encouraged me to take my faith seriously.

CC has been a great place for me! Welcome!

Glad to hear it Kia! I've come to realize as well that we're either in or we're out when it comes to Jesus. God bless you and I hope you have a blessed time here.

I am excited for this new beginning!
AMEN!...The great new beginning! Time for the fatten calf celebration (unless, of course you are vegetarian, Smile). I am excited as well that you are seeking the Kingdom of God first, and as you do that all the other things will be set in the proper order of importance in your life; even to the point of killing the things of the flesh - right?! But, that's after the party...:)Welcome to CC and to your family, and Body of Christ as well, let us know if we can help or just listen and talk in Christ..:). We look forward to what God has for us thru you as well.

The first thing is to feast in God, so shall we, but surely, this is an hour when the battleground is over the soul now as well; for because you are no longer satan's you have enthused his will to intervene toward God's loved family members. The Lord is seeking to work from the inside, through the spirit, regenerated by the new birth now and it will be a process of growth, so rest in knowing that is fine with Him as you follow Him with your yes' toward Him...now, as He forges your Character in Him.

Whereas, Satan is attempting to work from the outside, through the soul, made corrupt by the Fall. Even in the believer, the self-hyphenated strengths of the outer man, theunbroken soul, have not yet been brought under the control of theSpirit. In order for Hislife-giving Spirit to be released through the channel of the humanspirit, the ‘hard-shell’ soul of the outward man necessitates breaking.

This is largely accomplished through the dealings of our dailycircumstances which God allows and so orders.

Jesus clearly shows us the absolute necessity for brokenness. In our culture, we see this great need for brokenness alsoexisting among Christian workers. There may be some who areunprepared for such a bitter dose of spiritual medicine. Yet webelieve anyone with discernment and hunger will agree that thebreaking of the soul-powers of the outward man is imperative if thehuman spirit is to express Christ as our life freely.

God starts with us from deep within and works Himself outward. I will pray that you enjoy the celebration, and also enjoy His rest as you willfully remain in His rest. Be at peace knowing you have decided to let Him take you where He wills you to go, and there He will have transformed you into your best; which will always be His Best in you. (You have His Word on it). Nice to bump elbows...I will see you in the hallways...

God Bless you Sister...:)..
