Keep knocking, keep asking, keep seeking, remember if you are truly saved, then no one can snatch you out the palm of His Mighty hands...Confess whatever made you turn away from Him, repent and change your ways, be truly sorry, Godly sorrow not worldly sorrow, keep on keeping on and never give up, the devil wants you to give up, tell him to get behind you in the name of Jesus Christ , everyday is fresh grace, fresh mercy, new starts, thank God for today, He is on your mind, that says alot, i would worry if He never crossed your thoughts...xox...

hi yes yes I fully understand what your talking about.God has already heard you the very 1st time you set your heart to seek him.The bible is full of bible verses to prove that god WILL and CAN be FOUND..Deuteronomy 4:29 says 'if you seek The Lord you will find him if you search flip or him with all your heart'..Jeremiah says 'you will seek me and find me.."
jesus even said "seek and you will find'( Matthew 7:7-8)..as well as countless other bible verses saying that if we seek god we will find him..so unique finding god is guaranteed!!!
What at you will need to do is trust that god has heard you regardless of how you feel or think or how things feel.
Many many years ago I really sought god as I was going through a difficult time but just couldn't find him and in the end I gave up and my life went off the rails and I became mentally ill..hooked on drugs..should of been arrested and killed..and it was within that place of extreme darkness and pain that I sensed gods protecting and I truly cried out to him to help me and he did.
so my dear friend pls don't give up..God is with you even know..but you may not be able to see him due to allowing feelings/thoughts/experiences as a way of perhaps to be you guide to let you preceive god.
God IS near you and he will let you be able to see him.The devil is a liar and wants you to give up and belive that god is impossible to find.in fact it is god who has giving you the very desire to want to find him in the 1st place as the bible says in Philippians 2:13 'it is god who works in you to WILL and ACT in order to for fill his good purpose'..So b
please please be encouraged..Don't give up on god because god most certainly hasn't give up on seeking to draw you to himself and in time you will realise god was right beside you..but you just couldn't see him.
final bible verse proverbs 3;5-6trust in The Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding,acknowledge him and he will make you paths straight!"
So even thought you feel that you have failed to him..belive me u haven't fail..you just think you have failed.God carea a pity you and is using me even now to let you know that he is with you in your life and you have already found him..you just cannot seem him.I pray that god will open your eyes so that you can see him in your life.

I want to thank each and every one of you for your kind words. Just knowing there are still people out there that do care is amazing. I relate so much to your story Stewart. For almost a year now I have been mad at God and seeking Him at the same time. I am still lost but I won't give up. This is why I came here to find people to relate too and that have a stonger bond with God to help me and maybe one day I will be able to help someone else.

belive me you're not lost..a God is an invisible god who you can't really preceive by you physical senses ...and remember that just because yiu cannot really see him,doesn't mean he isn't there..belive me he is and yes we all care about you mate (even though we have never met you)..
when I forsake god there was a part of me that just couldn't pretended he didn't exsistance and evey night (though high on drugs,mentall I'll ect ect..)..I still had to pray to him to deliver me from such a broken life (I was at times stealing money to feed my drugs habitat).
Mate now that you know we are her for you never hesitate to send out a message to us regardless of the time of the day.We are ALL here for you and belive me..if god wasn't with you you would NEVER have come across this forum and would be reading this message right now.
This is how I see your present situation
Have you evey been ready to go somewhere but just can't seem to find your keys...You look and look and look in pockets,bags,drawers ect...yet you just can't find those keys.The longer you spend looking for these keys, the more desperate you become and feeing that they are no where to be found.........
....then you give it one more search and then you finally find the keys and realise all along you had the keys near you..you just couldn't find them but they were there all along......you are going through the same experience with god
....and most of the time when these keys are found..they are often in a place that we had already looked for them in before but somehow didn't see them before.....and we feel so relived when the keys are finally found!!!!
....the same when you realise he was there all along you will be so so relived!!!!

Hi Stewart. Your words are so true. The main reason I came here is to find God because I just can't find Him on my own. Knowing that there are so many wonderful people like all you guys out there, gives me so much hope. 
That is great news then..God will not leave you without hope in this life and whole life a
has challenges and problems..he will help you overcome in this life. god know that we all need.Keep in touch with us ok!!
