I have been to beautiful Colorado, and really loved it there!
I was living in a hand made log cabin on a mountain side near Denver. I climbed a mountain or two and did some rock climbing and rappelled down the backside of one of the Flat Irons outside Boulder, when I had never done anything like that before. I also came to understand the music of John Denver much better, wow, he really had that Rocky Mountain high thing going strong

Welcome to Christian Chat, Mountaingirl1968. I’m not from Colorado, but I used to drive through it on my way home from visiting my mother in Iowa. Got caught up in a snowstorm in the Rockies once, and it was still September, and once I avoided a snowstorm by taking an extra day and driving down to New Mexico.
