Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers for success while I go through the hiring process to serve our community as a Police Officer. They will be making their decision soon and fingers crossed it will be favorable. Thank you and God Bless! -Caleb

Welcome here you can discuss with bible smart people and possibly make new friends, hope you like it here!
Also if you would like more prayers put this in the prayer request forum, also favorability is not what should be your mind set, becoming a police officer is to be because you sincerely want to protect people and is not an "easy" job,and I would hope you take your job"seriously" if you get the job,and I say take it "seriously" because too many officers now a days are too trigger happy or they willingly go against the "law" instead of doing right by the people they are supposed to protect,so I hope you have it in your heart to not only protect people but obey the law,for noone is above the law,may God bless you in your endeavour!

I suspect it is important to him.
I suspect that carries no weight in the definition of spam...

And now, for your viewing pleasure, we have Monty Python's Spam:

But is spam spam if there's no evil intent?

Intent plays no role either, in determining whether or not something is spam.
if it says "SPAM" on the label tastes awful when eaten raw,it is spam plain and simple!

He's asking for a favorable outcome, in other words, getting the job.

He's asking for a favorable outcome, in other words, getting the job.
I know, just was reminding this individual of what "responsibility" is involved, because I've known so many people to want to be a police officer or in a branch of the military, just because they think it is "cool" and this person seems desperate for the job of police officer, and I just simply wanted them to reflect upon what they are hoping to be apart of,and what they will "endure"'in the job, because many times we think we will get what we hope for and God has a different plan sometimes, sometimes we have to put our dreams aside for awhile and focus on the reality that either we have to wait for another opportunity or the job isn't for us,because we can all pray for better outcomes but sometimes God has us to think before we take on something because he knows what we can take and where things lead,I will be glad if this individual gets the job of police officer, but I wouldn't want them to be discouraged if the outcome isn't in their favor, and naturally if they get the job to not only thank God but not treat the job like a game or pedestal to boost themselves up,from what I've seen here in Tennessee and around the world on news,we sincerely need law abiding and patient officers, and I sincerely hope this individual will be one of those officers over time.
