Hi there, this is my first day here! I'm still a bit lost, trying to find my way and figuring out how this works!

I've already put some information about me in my profile so I won't repeat myself in this post.

So here's why I registered on ChristianChat; my job doesn't keep me busy all the time and I usually don't feel like reading, but most of the time I feel like chatting :D I'm really tired of non-Christian chatting websites and I finally found ChristianChat! I'm looking forward to having nice conversations with other believers, learning from them, encouraging each other, etc.

I do better in one-on-one chatting than in chatting rooms (where I usually get lost and confused!). So don't hesitate to drop me a line if you'd like to chit chat a bit!

The best way to learn is to just click on things to see what happens. Right now, you are in the forums. Depending on the post and topic you will generally get a quick response within a few minutes or an hour depending on the time of day and how many members are currently online. In the chat rooms you don't usually get any in-depth conversation, just the usual banter back and forth. This site has been a blessing to me and I hope that the same is true for you too. Glad to have you join us. Welcome to CC.

Thank you for the kind words. Another tip, on a thread there are usually quite a few posts from different members, to respond to a particular post click on Replay With Quote on the bottom of the post and write a response below and then click Post Quick Reply. That way the others will know who you are responding to. Relax, and just be yourself. The best way to get to know the other members, who they are and what they're about is to read some of their post history. You can get this by clicking on the member's name and search their recent post history and threads they created if any. See you around.

Welcome to CC. I would encourage you to chat with us on the open forums, rather than asking just anyone to privately PM you.. There are many weirdos and perverts here who would love nothing better than to act inappropriately to you in PM. The chat rooms aren't much better, they ignore you if you ask a question, and much of the time people can't access them anyway..

This member is quite helpful to a lot of others on this site, including myself, and has given quite a testimony about herself from her many posts and threads.

she also has a creepy orange cat that stares alot,and seems to follow me,she is also a bit quick to speak on some things like wall texts(moment ruined,kidding) yeah blue lady bug is still helpful and nice or as I call her "Miss Lady" lol!

...But in all seriousness...welcome to CC! Just a little advice though: If you don't really know much about the Bible and/or you're rather sensitive to sometimes less-than-constructive criticism and just outright insults, I'd honestly recommend that you avoid that place like the plague...
