Welcome to CC! - not smart enough to be in public schools? That sounds interesting and like they are taking advantage of you in a way... My younger brother was told the same thing, so all six of us siblings were/are homeschooled. Public schooled kids lose so much it seems when it comes to learning life skills....

I felt sad to read "I am not smart enough to be in public high school." Please don't think that. You are a child of God. A child of the most high. You are of divine worth. You are a valuable person that has been blessed by God with many strengths, talents, and positive attributes. God commands us to love one another as you love yourself. So, even he says to love yourself. That means, start thinking that You Are Smart Enough!! There's something that is called "self-image" It's how you think of yourself. My hope is that you will stregthen your self- image and believe that you are good enough and smart enough!
