Well God didn't really intend us to go through things alone. It seems more and more common that Christians want to isolate from one another. As a depressive and an introvert it is something I did for many years. Only in the past few years have I been learning how incorrect it is. Not only spiritually but physically and emotionally. So it's the right thing to do to stop rolling solo in all this and turn to others.
You, initially, ask for help about your future. Then you change it to your present. So it's a little confusing. I don't know your entire circumstance but I'd suggest putting more thought and time into your present. As you recover more and more doors open up for you the more you can consider your future.
Keep in mind that it's good to go to others people can only do so much. Particularly in the areas of guidance. And what things people may suggest might not be what God has planned. Even the most spiritual person won't have all the answers, especially for someone else's life. Take people's words as thoughts to consider, not instruction. Keep praying, but remember prayer is a conversation. So it goes two ways, so don't forgrt to also listen when you pray.

Giving out personal info such as email is frowned upon on this site, and mods will remove it if they see it or it gets reported.
Also being a new user and immediately trying to get people off the site to talk throws up red flags to many on the site and causes your motives to appear questionable.
Keep in mind these posts are public and can come up in Google searches. So posting private info puts it out for the entire world.

Wow thanks! I didn’t start this recovery process alone. I had a beautiful girlfriend who stuck around until last month and for no reason at all she gave up on me and just moved on in a short week she was back with her ex. The pain I’ve been going through hasn’t even been injury related. I prayed every night thanking God for keeping her around and for all she was doing to keep me focus the night before broke up we prayed together and she cried her eyes out to me saying how she wanted me to get better because she missed me and the things we used to do. I know she went back to her ex because she is lost and confuse and I know that they weren’t talking behind my back It still hurts because we had a long history together and she doesn’t even care anymore or is trying to hide her feelings. I feel alone now trying to fight to get my life back I never did anyone wrong so for someone with a good heart to be going through so much can you blame me for being so lost now?
