I am new on here and looking for fellowship with other Christians. I am excited to have started biblical studies, recently. I became a born again christian 2 years ago. I went through a horrible divorce and now I'm put humtpy dumpty back together again. I like movies, I like to read, I like coffee, and I do not go hiking. Inside joke. Ok hope to hear from you.

I have no idea what you are referring to about this being the forum and chat rooms are separate? I'm literately NEW here,What is real time? Explanations would help. And coffee is good for you. Would you like to be friends Mr. Ugly?

The chat rooms happen in real time meaning it's immediate, rather than posting and waiting for a response, the way the forums are. It is a live, scrolling chat with voice chat options.

Devils urine can't be good for you. Blech. Puh-tooey.

Ooo Mr Ugly. I feel so fancy. Sure. Why not. Do you charge by the hour or minute?

Doll, you need to download the app at the top of the forum page to enter the chat rooms.. Though they are quite clique-y and people tend to ignore you when you ask questions. Anyhoo, the forums are more fun. :)

I figured it out, about how to get into the chat room. thank you. and yes they are quite clique-y. i got kicked out already once. because i said God walks this Earth as himself and he has sex with his wife. We where talking about what the songs of Solomon where about, THATS WHAT IT IS ABOUT. It depicts the Love between God walking here on Earth and his love, his wife. It's been written about since the beginning of time. I try.

I dunno what book you get that from, but God does NOT walk this earth, and does NOT have a wife.. But that's a discussion that belongs in the bible discussion forum.. WE are God's "love" and His church is His bride..

it's in the bible, that book. And I'm in biblical studies so yes I know what I'm talking about. St John On the cross, the one that died along side Jesus, also wrote poems about God that depicts that same love. And yes God dose walk this earth! so dose the Devil, it's in Revelations. I dont have time for a teaching I'm in class.

I'm curious how you know the identity of the thief on the cross that died next to our Lord. I'm even more curious about his poems, because this is the first time I have heard about them, and I have been studying the bible for many years.
I would very much like to examine your references.
Thank you in advance for your patience with my ignorance.

John of the Cross (Spanish: San Juan de la Cruz; 1542 – 14 December 1591) was a major figure of the Counter-Reformation, a Spanish mystic, a Roman Catholic saint, a Carmelite friar and a priest, who was born at Fontiveros, Old Castile.

John of the Cross is known for his writings. Both his poetry and his studies on the growth of the soul are considered the summit of mystical Spanish literature and one of the peaks of all Spanish literature. He was canonized as a saint in 1726 by Pope Benedict XIII. He is one of the thirty-six Doctors of the Church. From wiki

Welcome in dissdollface - Well we have a lot on the plate so far don't we? Lol. I tell you what, if you have any questions as they arise feel free to ask me in pm and I can help you thru each question one at a time. It is confusing at first I will contend. We got the Blogs, and threads, and forums, and chats, and study groups, and the etc etc... I hope my offer helps, its just too much to go thru it all now. I hope you especially take advantage of the pool at the end of the hall....NO! Kidding! Lol.

As far as the wife on earth with Jesus gig, I would love to go thru Scripture to discuss and discover God's intentions there. Let me start by asking: "Who is the bride of Jesus in Scripture? Is it the Church, or a female?" That will be a good ice-breaker I hope. Welcome in again. Fellowship certainly abounds here as you seek His face for it. May God Richly Bless you here. Jesus has never heard of a foolish question, only foolish answers. Lol.... My name is Dan.
