I'm Austin, 32 and I'm here because I know now that what's been missing in my endless search for God is sharing outwardly in faith with other believers. For years I have been a secret Christian, keeping my faith inside myself but not really worshiping as I want and should. Truth is I've been afraid of how people will think of me and I can't be ashamed for believing in Jesus Christ anymore. I want to live as a true follower

first, as a sister in Christ, i am proud of u and happy for ur wanting to be a real follower.
but then, yes, if we decide to live as real Christians, the trials and challenges will definitely become more explicit. as human beings, it is always our weakness to fear the others' perception, criticism, rejection.
i say this not because i am perfect. no, i am just a blessed sinner and had once made wrong decisions in my life even after getting baptized.
in short, now i pride on the relieveness and revival of life brought by Him...to a point that i want to leave behind me the burden of other people's thoughts.
these are just some of my heartfelt support and sharing.
