i can't get in the chat rooms. i downloaded and installed adobe flash like it prompted me to but every time i click the chat button, it tells me to download adobe flash againg. ?????

Enable it. You've recently installed, make sure you start in a new internet window. If you have a picky computer, close all internet windows first for that browser. It will need to be enabled manually if it refuses to work after that.
