Hi everyone! I'm new here and I would like to hear from those that have a real zeal to impart and encourage others in their walk with Christ: using revelation from the Bible. I do alot of studying and I have many questions concerning a "Believer's Lifestyle". Thanks and God bless you for sharing:).

A TRUE believer's lifestyle WILL change, by the power of the Holy Spirit, for the old is dead and gone and the new has come.

With the rebirth all is created new.

New does not just mean "wiped clean".

It's entails being born again as a whole different being.

Absolutely our lives must be changed. There is, as James 2 points out, a difference between belief and faith. Even the demons believe (in) God, and yet obviously and certainly they are not "saved". They are not saved because, in spite of their knowledge and belief, they do not submit to God and obey Him. This is in contrast to what James says faith is- belief working itself out in love. There are waaay too many "Christians" who believe that when Christ's righteousness is imputed to us, that means we get the benefits without the work! Christ's righteousness imputed to us means God enables us to be righteous like He is. We are not just called righteous, we are conformed to His righteousness. There is a big difference between the two.
Glad you are here and welcome to CC :)

Thanks, good to here...iti is so good to finally here men proclaim God's truth and it doesn't sound rehearsed. To hear it from experience and not from observation...you know what I mean?
