I'm new to on-line everything. Chat rooms included. I'm eager to share experiences involving what God's doing in our lives. Even when we fall short of seeing Him in the situation at hand, we are assured by His word that He is there. My family members do not actively seek nor serve the Lord, and I find my heart aching for conversation with other Christians. Before registering here at cc.com, I'd briefly visited two other "Christian" chat sites....may I tell you just how relieved I am to have found this sight?! Praise God.
I have two grown sons, and am a grandmother of three. I am not married but have been, and am not looking to be again, so the nature of my purpose for being here is one of fellowship not courtship, and truly desire the companionship of like minded men and women of God to share this journey with.
My walk with our Lord is fresh; I began a walk of faith in 2006...thirty-eight years of drinking, drugging, and immoral living had turned me into a hardcore, cold-hearted woman, but the God I serve came to fix hopeless broken people like me. We're the very reason He came! Praise God, He is so faithful!
