My advice to you in finding God's will for your life is to just keep seeking God and dedicate your life to knowing him. Like Paul said in Romans 12:1-2, become a living sacrifice to God. Don't be conformed to this world, which means to fit in the mold of, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Renew your mind daily with God's word. Then you will prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God! Things will become a lot more clearer once you really seek God with all your heart. The Holy Spirit will guide you into all truth (John 16:13). When you meditate in God's word day and night, and do what's written in it, you will be prosperous and successful just as God instructed Joshua. We are all a part of the body of Christ and are used by God in many different ways, as explained in 1 Cor 12. God's word is powerful and will answer any question you have in life if you just search. I'm praying the same for you as Paul prayed in Ephesians 1:17-19: "I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better. I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe."
