Hello all,
I am happy to be able to connect on a global scale with a community of Christians. It looks like this forum is pretty active, and to fellowship with others who would seek out a forum to discuss our faith is a blessing that I hope I get to enjoy here.
Let me share a little about myself. I am 21 years old and have grown up in the church (pentecostal), but did not start having great spiritual growth since maybe 2 years ago, and am still experiencing it more and more each day. I believe that's how you know God is with you, not when you think you got it right but when you're learning from a low place.
I think many so called "Christians" are being misled at least here in America into the deception that you can be saved without having a real visible change in your life. But im learning more and more a real change only comes when we realize that we're broken beyond repair and can only lean on Christ to save us, only his righteousness at the end of this current age can keep us from judgement.
