Hello. I'm Ivan. (Alias of course) I am fond of this community and figured I'd start doing a bit of posting, at least to formally introduce myself. Spiritually I consider myself lost, but wanting to get back on track. To be perfectly honest that is what led me to this website in the first place. But regardless of the spiritual beliefs I've had in the past, I've always lived by one rule above all others: "God will not do for me what I will not do for myself." And have lived my life accordingly.

I like to push my limits in any shape or form. Whether it's mental or physical, if a limit can be pushed in a day, that is a good day. I enjoy strategy and martial arts. Both teach discipline in many different regards. I am an active practitioner of aikido and krav maga. I am somewhat of a gamer as well.

As far as biblical subjects go, I do EXTREMELY active research on the book of revelations. But I won't bore anyone with my scores of material on the subject. Anyone interested can message me about it or something (not intending to be rude about it, just generally saving time).

I've enjoyed myself here so far and hope to continue to do so in the future.

Hello Ivan, guess not really a welcome to CC since you've been around a while. The chat sites are great I agree and I've been hooked since I joined. I'm glad to hear you are getting things back on track. Isn't great how God can use any means to reach us, including this site. I joined to reach out to Christians who I would feel could listen and not judge and even though I've run into people who did not fit that bill, I have to say I have met some really great Christians who have challenged me into growing spiritually and for that I am thankful. We all need a good kick once in a while!
