I believe there is a thread called Help for new users... But anyway... Click on Private Message on the top left side on the dark blue line. The next window will have options on the left side and there you can set your profile settings, your avatar and upload pictures. Go play around with it... you can always set it back to default. Practice makes perfect ;).

Oh, and welcome to CC!

There is a help for new users sticky, but it was made before the upgrade, and may not be accurate or have all the new answers. I think the jerk that made the last one needs to update it... :rolleyes:
