Hello everyone! I've recently been going to church more and grow my relationship with God. I found in a church in my city and I absolutely love it! I've recently been saved and really want to live my life for Jesus but there's one thing that I really need help with! Maybe some other guys can help me out. I'm having a really hard time trying to not have sex or even masturbate. I used that before to temporarily fill the gap I had in my heart but now that I have found my lord and savior I no longer have that hole but I still have a lot of urge to want to have sex or even masturbate. Can someone help me?

As long as you are healthy, you will always have the urge to have sex or masturbate. :) However, here are some things Jesus recommends:

Ask to be filled with The Holy Spirit. Luke 11:13: "If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!”

Also pray for the power to overcome temptation. Now I feel I should say for the record that not everyone thinks masturbating is a sin. But if you wish to overcome it, you can. -JIM

God always provides an exist from sin. None of us are tempted beyond what we can handle. Just something ti think about.
