Now that I have the issue stated I thought I would take a moment to introduce myself. Canadian girl here, Single mom of a teenager.. YEAH!!
2nd career in that I'm following the Lord and now in my 4th year of study for BA in Pastoral Ministry.
God has laid a passion for about social justice issues on my heart and in particular 'human trafficking'.
Without going into to much detail I have been on my own as a single mom since 2006, I'm divorced, my desire to follow the Lord is my top desire, and I have an extremely busy schedule - but as a mature student in an environment of mainly under 25 year olds - sometimes it's hard to connect.
Would like to make some additional friends and talking about God is always fun. The more you can have Godly conversations the better life gets. Looking forward to some great conversations here.
