Hi,

i am new at chat room, and need to chat to someone or persons, who may have gone through similar struggles and dealt with these accordingly. My biggest struggle now is that, I found out that my husband of two years has cheated on me, for the last three months or more, not certain as he is not really divulging much about the affair. Now I have such a terrible time dealing with this. I have lost appetite, don't sleep, am moody and I have lost so much interest in life.

Please pray and advise me.

Artline700, hello and welcome. This is actually the new chat members forum, and not the chat room itself. If you click the button at the top of your screen, you can change the room you're in to a different one. Most of us hang out in the Lounge, but there are several rooms. If your husband has, and/or is cheating on you, then this is the ONLY allowance God makes for divorce, should you decide to pursue that option. Have you tried getting him to go with you to couple's counseling? If he has been cheating for 3 months or longer, that suggests that maybe he no longer has any real interest in being married, so therefore you should divorce him. Cheating is adultery, and adultery is the only reason God grants for divorce. Please feel free to pm me anytime. :)

Although I'm sorry for the reason you came to CC, I am glad you're here now. It might not seem like it now but time will heal this pain. Eventually the tears will dry up and you will laugh again. Betrayal cuts deep. Don't spend time wondering if it was something you did or how you could have prevented it. He crossed a line. It was his choice and has nothing to do with you. Only you can decide what you will now do with your relationship. God tells us to forgive those who sin against us. This isn't only for their benefit but ours also. Lay down in a quiet spot and pray. It is alright to be sad. Ask God where to go from here. I have just now prayed for you and your situation.

Hello Artline700 welcome to Christian Chat :) I pray in the name of Jesus you never have to go through anything like that ever again. I pray you find someone who is better to you and treats you with more respect in the name of Jesus. I pray the lord gives you the victory over the enemy. I pray the lord hears your prayers and that they be answered in Jesus holy name, amen.

I'm praying for you. I don't think I have much to give you by way of advice but I'm sure there's plenty here who can. You're welcome here.
