Ello. I'm Steve. A youth pastor. A fundy. I like mainly southern gospel stuff. Some CCM but not much. And I'm hated on most Christian forums for these reasons.

Independent fundamental Baptist. Southern gospel is like gaithers and quartet stuff. CCM is Contemporary Christian music

That's what I was thinking, but I didn't want to guess and be wrong. (Altho I guessed fundy meant fundamentalist, minus the Independent Baptist part.)

What does an Independent Fundamentalist Baptist believe?

You have to have the right calling to lead a church to be a pastor. if it's in God's heart, then it should be in yours or who ever is called to be a pastor. as for age? again its down to the true calling of God.

You must have the call of God on your life as well as go to school to prepare. A call to preach is a call to prepare. A pastors qualifications are outlined in scripture and we go by those.

No, I'm really curious to hear about your beliefs. I'm not that familiar with it and while I can do (and did) an internet search on it I'd like to hear your understandings. I promise not to argue ;)
