I've been going to services for over a yr. an I was told by the Pastor that I was now apart of the Church body but, today I was told that I was not a member of the Church to vote in Church election. Have I been excommunicated?

Hmmm, maybe the first one was a reference to the general church, and the last one to that specific church?
In some churches you have to be "taken up" as a member before you can vote, with or without various requirements
Ask your pastor :)

​Your pastor most likely just meant that you're not on the church board of trustees, and therefore cannot vote to elect others. I would do as wwjd_kilden suggested and ask your pastor. :)
