Thankyou for all your advice but leaving as don't feel welcome

After various posts and being told I'm not a believer or doubting my faith I feel very pushed out I did say from the start I'm new to this ! And wanted to welcome Christianity in with open arms as I have faith in god and want to change me life for god so I will continue but won't be on this site , but Thankyou to everyone who has helped me with my questions and things I didn't know I have learnt a lot god bless you all xxx

im sorry if ppl have been less than kind to you this is not how it should be but are you sure your going to just leave? You have been here for a few days and made only 20 posts, you have yet to meet 90% of the ppl here, and trust me when i say that while there are some ppl there are many wonderful loving christians here

I wonder how many new born Christians have been put off from JESUS because of the bigots who are on this site. Can't even help just too caught up in their own godliness as if thy are perfect. It really disgusts me like dave_in_KWC berates a woman just because she asked a simple question about fasting. Then he just rips into her because she was only 18yrs in Christ. Then I ripped into him for the injustice he committed.

The Word of GOD is free and so is sharing the GOSPEL. If anyone had to pay for it then you are fools who despise wisdom and instruction.

This I don't like a lot.

Be patient my friend and endure! If you really do want to find a good christian community there is definitely one here! It just takes time... It took me 3-4 months before I started making good friends on CC. It takes time to get to know people through posts and seeing those who speak things out of love and those who speak things out of arrogance. Trust me, there has been several times I considered leaving CC but stayed because I was really longing for christian friends that I could connect with. Do not let the few discourage you...

You might have left already... but feel free to private message me anytime you need to vent, prayers, encouragement, or bored or anything at all!

You haven't lived until you have been called a demon or been told you are going to hell as I have been on this site, but I am still here and still love the Lord. Not all CC people are like what I just mentioned but it can get a little rough at times. Just lean on Jesus and He will give you strength to get through anything including this chat site.

I have made many friends and most all are great people just stick it out and give it a real try. Hope to see you chatting away with the rest of us. God bless you and your family.

Unfortunately some people have a bad way of expressing themselves....none of us have the right to judge
or talk about others walks....but my dear sister we cant let this dicourage us.....I have been a believer for my whole
life....but I havent always honored Him...or was faithful.....but I find I learn from new christians all the time.....
Your imput is important....we all need to use teamwork on these threads....giving eachother lots of differnt advice
that weaves together for aide and comfort....

You gave wonderful council and encouragement. I just gave my point of view out of anger as I do not like to see anyone get hurt. It must be a guy thing.

Brother Tourist As all of us know who have been on this sight for any length of time,it will sure test where you believe you are at in your own relationship with our Jesus!! If we come on here expecting to become angry or offended we sure will! It will take no time at all either!! LOL if we come on here with an agenda, we also will be greatly unhappy as well. if we come on here to share what the Lord has shown us in our own life, to encourage others,we also will become encouraged! if someone says an unkind word to you,just move on from that person as if you did not even hear it! Keeping our peace is having self control! And we will get tested to!! I really enjoy the site and the people,i do not always agree with the people,nor they with me,but I am here to both learn and give hope! If you keep this mindset,you will always keep your peace as well! For the site is about learning how to put the flesh to death daily,even when your flesh can be correct! By having grace to others who perhaps do not deserve it from you! We do this because we also know we always need grace to! We are established in hope,which includes joy and peace in believing,even when your flesh tells you they will never understand you! hehe(Rom 15:13) if Jesus saw us in the flesh,we would never believe either! ( col 3:2) a mindset on phil 4:6-9!! Then each time you come here,you will never be disappointed! may this also comfort you bro! For Jesus is always our comfort!!( 2 cor 1:3-7)

There are a lot of jerks on here, believer. But also a lot of good people. It's up to you to decide who you're going to give your time and focus to. Staying can bring you a lot of good if you learn who is worth listening to vs who needs to be put on ignore.

Though, like all things, moderation is the key. There is too much of a good thing.

Perseverance is key. I joined in early January last year and I created quite a number of threads and introduced myself, and it was only a week or so later that people welcomed me to CC. You need to integrate yourself better into the community, if you wish to be a part of it. After all, it takes two to tango. After that slow start, I'm now very much a part of the CC family. And you can be too. You just have to give people time and get involved in discussions etc. Bless you.

I ended up being no better than he was. My temper got the best of me and fought fire with fire. I am an orphan and it's habitual instinct to fire up as it's the survival mode I have known so well. But, as a Christian I should've conducted myself as a Biblical gentleman of Christ, however tourist I did not and ended up embarrassing myself, for the mere fact I'm in training to be a minister which made it worse for myself.

I am not interested with making friends like those I'm speaking of, for that I have blocked 3 people onto the Ignore List. I read their comments sometimes addressed to me I don't answer. I have to grasp the notion of 'dusting my feet off and move on' it's so hard though when I see it and hear it with my own two eyes and two ears.

I have to pray about it. One thing I am very good at and there is nothing wrong with saying,'I am fantastic at sharing the GOSPEL of JESUS. He is my passion and my life. I love sharing with those who do hunger and thirst for righteousness and to the road map to allow them to see the face of our GOD. This is what I excel at helping people in the Lord Jesus Christ'.

People will call themselves Christians but don't practice what they preach. God doesn't love any of us more then the other. You can't find complete safety within Christians or the best advice because we're all sinners. Go to our Lord. Do what you feel inside is right walk beside him and follow his teachings. I really agree with you I'm 19 years old. I believe that God has individual relationships with us but he can't love one more than the other. It makes me sad because the only two who will judge us is God and ourselves.but yet some Christians jump over mountains to judge people. It makes me so sad

Hi believer. I know what u mean about getting discouraged. I've gone through it too and I still sometimes struggle with it. But don't give up on the Lord, He's always with us even when nobody else is.

Don't give up! There's truly a lot going here. Even if you don't post there's so many things to learn. I love to sit in the Bible thread and learn a thing or two. So many nice people to chat with if that's what you want. You have seen some here in this thread. There's so much more than just 'advice'.
