hi i am new to the site. I was born and raised in u.s.a. but i'm moving to the Netherlands and would really like to meet Christians from both countries "of course i'ld be happy to meet anyone even if your not from those two countries" Althou i've been saved and i happily say i am a christian i really don't know very much about acting like one. I don't have many "good christian" role models and often i need advice that asking members of my local church tend to lead to frustration. So i'm hoping that as i meet good people here and make friends i'll also beable to learn how to be a better christian myself.

ok. about myself um... well if you seen bridget jones diary movies you already know me practically ^.^ Everyone says i'm like her in RL which is why my user name is jones clone. I'm a friendly person so if u want to talk just leave a message in the inbox or catch me online I'll always reply.

Hi, Jones Clone, from a fellow Newbie. I'm happy to know you &, like you, am looking forward to speaking to lots of fellow Christians. I'm Jim & 'though I was born & bred in Ireland, I've lived in the UK for many years. Don't know Nederlands that well but my work role regularly bounces me around Europe often. So I know the immediate area around Schipol well as I usually have to travel via. Amsterdam a lot.
It would be nice to have a natter every once in a while & I tend to have a dry & quite wicked at times (I believe that my God has a similar sense of humour!).

Hi! Same here, another newbie welcomes you;-)
I'm quite sure you will feel quite comfortable in the Netherlands, my friend. Its a very nice place to be and so are the people. The language is not that hard at all, you will see. As an Austrian/German we do usually easily understand each other and can communicate, as German and Dutch are quite similar in a way. Tell us how its going and whatever else is on your soul. Thats why we are here, I guess.

There are a lot of great people here! Just remember we are all growing in faith together, So you will get a range of answers to the same question.
