Do you think Christ currently doesn't know.
Do you think Christ currently doesn't know.
The Bible says no one knows only The Father. I believe exactly what scripture says Gods word is truth. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Heaven and earth shall pass away but his word remains.

Mathew 29.
29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:

30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.

I do stick to the truth there is only one coming of the lord.
Pre trib suggests there is two from above you see the coming of the lord happens after tribulation.
Clear as a bell tribulation is for Christians too.
If pre trib was true the coming of the lord would be befor tribulation
But then there would have to be a second coming according to the scripture above there is only one
He's already come one time;)

But you don't mind Israel and the so-called "tribulation saints" having the living daylights beaten out of them while you party in heaven.
It's called "Jacob's Trouble" for a reason. It is there purification before the coming of their King.

Would it be better if the Church also got the living daylight beaten out of them? I'm content with God's plans for mankind and don't wish to be one to 2nd guess my Creator as if I might know something better than Him.

Cubs fans swear the rapture was in 2016.
Lol When the Cleveland Browns are 2 pts away from winning the Championship, they will hike and set the ball and send it like a bullet from Annie Oakley's rife sailing straight between the goalposts for the winning field goal, it will be deflected by an angel descending to gather the saints...

God doesn't "beat his bride". He judges the unrepentant.
There isn't a wedding in heaven anywhere in scripture.
Lucy,
How are these so-called "tribulation saints" all Jacob? No. They are the church.
A reason they are tribulation saints is because they did not take the mark of the beast. You are correct Jacob is Israel.

God judges the unrepentant not the righteous.
One group wants to insist that God can ONLY deliver his church by lifting them from the earth and sequestering them in heaven.
That isn't what we are shown in God's word. We don't have to second guess what is clearly written in prophecy.

The Bible actually gives the answer. I'll show you where if you're interested.

No, I do mind, but they had their chance to make the wise decision BEFORE being left behind. Sadly, the majority of Gods chosen people will not accept Jesus as their Savior, but from scripture we know many will come to faith during the tribulation. This shows how loving our God is. All He asks now is to believe in the One He sent, yet even after the rapture, He will still welcome them and all others that repent before the end of the 7 years.

I dont get all excited if others dont agree with the pre trib rapture. What I do get excited about is that no matter the timing, all who belong to Jesus will end up at the same place. Salvation is not dependent upon ones belief in the timing of going Home.

Still, it's important to get it right. All positions can't be right; someone is teaching false doctrine.

Very few pastors will even touch this subject, or really, any other end times verses.

Yes, some have it wrong, and you can guess which view I believe is correct.

Hi! Anyone with any view can think they are better than anyone else. I believe that the Bible shows us the pre-trib rapture. One key that I have found indispensable to understanding is to view every verse in the Bible through a dispensational lens. Without viewing scripture through this lens, anyone can say that a certain verse means anything they decide, and that it applies to anyone they decide. That makes a Christian very susceptible to false teaching, which could even hurt the foundation of their faith. It’s one reason why we see so many “deconstructing” their faith now…to the point where they no longer believe in the Deity of Christ!
Here is a video that is well worth your time to watch and take notes on. Check your Bible and see for yourself. It’s very plain through that dispensational lens. Peace to you all :)
