And your showing that you are this ----the Natural Man who doesn't receive Spiritual things

Again, because you are frustrated by Scripture, you post an unsavory picture, and say, "You see this? This is you, you doody-head!"

Just stay on topic, and prove your position is correct.

Stop acting like a child, humiliating yourself.

Works complete Faith is False Doctrine ------Period ----
James 2
22You see that faith was working with his works, and [o]as a result of the works, faith was [p]perfected;

"perfected": ἐτελειώθη
(a) as a course, a race, or the like: I complete, finish
(b) as of time or prediction: I accomplish, (c) I make perfect; pass: I am perfected

With respect to "(a)": Paul calls faith a "race" (eg, 1 Co 9:24-27; Gal 5:7; 2 Ti 4:7).

Other instances of this word's usage.

So, here, in your denial of this explicit Christian doctrine, you are erring.

Faith produces Good Works ------

You can't prove it is false doctrine, as it is explicitly stated, and this frustrates you, so you namecall. That's what it comes down to.

I Have proven it with God's Word ---time and time again but your a Natural Man and to you it is follish cause you cannot discern what is Spiritual ------

I could make the same argument: I have shown you the Scripture, but, because you are a natural man, to you it is folly, because you cannot discern what is spiritual.

This argument I have made must hold the same weight as when you have made it, correct?

What is the foundation of the Christian faith?

Actually, the poster just admitted it was about me.

... the reason I responded with an "X" was because I disagreed with baseless accusations made as a last resort by people who are powerless to prove their Scriptural arguments with Scriptural reason and logic.
You can't handle being treated the way you treat others. The "scriptural arguments" twaddle is just your passive-aggressive attempt to deflect. You're arrogant and self-righteous. One by one, we are seeing your bad character on display and choosing not to bother with you. You can't insult your way into the good graces of others here.

Moreover, even if I were merely a carnal man, I could still hear the Gospel, since Paul says he had to speak with the Corinthians as carnal men, and he shared the Gospel with them--"spiritual things" refers to "spiritual wisdom" shared among the spiritually mature, or "meat" and not "milk".

I've insulted no one, but, since you all are powerless to respond to the Scripture, because Scripture is unassailable, you are frustrated, so you walk after the flesh and lash out. Your sinful behavior is the natural outcome of your "faith alone" error. As Paul said, "Purge out the old leaven for you are unleavened."

As far as people not wanting to deal with me, I am not bothered--if I've provided evidence for why I believe what I believe, and no one has a substantive argument whereby they could convince me to change my mind, and they have said "I quit", how does that affect me?

We are saved by grace through faith. Thus, faith either exists and we are saved or faith does not exist and we remain under the wrath of God. Faith stands alone as sufficient for salvation. Works cannot add anything to faith. But they can give evidence of faith. However, works do not assure that faith exists. A good example is Matthew 7:21-23. But the lack of works is a sure sign that faith is absent.
Conclusion: faith is not dependent upon works to exist. But works will always follow genuine faith.

Man is saved through faith and not by works (Romans 4:5-6; Ephesians 2:8,9; Titus 3:5; 2 Timothy 1:9); yet genuine faith is (evidenced) by works. (James 2:14-26).

*Christ saves us through faith based on the merits of His finished work of redemption "alone" and not based on the merits of our works.* (Romans 3:24-28)

It is through faith "in Christ alone" (and not based on the merits of our works) that we are justified on account of Christ (Romans 4:5-6; 5:1; 5:9); yet the faith that justifies does not remain alone (unfruitful, barren) if it is genuine. (James 2:14-26) *Perfect Harmony* (y)

This error has already been addressed:

No, the Corinthians had genuine faith but didn't walk in faith but after the flesh.

Hence, Paul says, "Purge out the old leaven for you are unleavened"--ie, walk according to the faith you have, and what that has done for you, spiritually, start being who you are.
They had faith. What happened to the good works automatically flowing from that? It's not reality. It's just nonsense for the "faith alone" crowd to continue misapprehending Paul, but never asking themselves, or showing curiosity, as to why their interpretations fall short and cannot be squared with all of Scripture.

If genuine faith produced good works automatically, Christians would never sin.

Also, your interpretation makes no sense of Ro 14:23, that a Christian who sins is condemned, not justified (and obviously can be forgiven)--that's actually the topic.

Despite the fact that you all have disagreed with me, the more we talk, the more reasons I, with God's help, find to believe the things I do. Thank you. I'm sure the feeling is not mutual, but I really am grateful.

You would accomplish much more, I think, if you would actually address the answers I've already provided along these lines.

Ad hominem fallacy.

So keep on ---Keeping the X's coming -----cause I am a girl by the way not a man -----
Trust me, I can tell by the way you communicate.
There is a reason why only men are permitted to be teachers, according to Scripture.
Women are the weaker vessel, according to Scripture.
You women "color outside the lines", so to speak.
Your minds are weaker.

as you have posted here -------you are a natural man,----and I am a girl who will keep posting Truth when False doctrine is being posted ------so carry on ------as I will -----
I was merely citing the Scripture.

So Folks know your Scripture and ask the Holy Spirit for discernment when ready these posts ------

And Know that Faith Produces Good works --------

Know this ---------Good works will never complete faith ----

Only God's word can complete your Faith and make it grow -------nothing about works completing Faith here

I actually proved that works complete faith--you must be rejecting it, because, by your own standard, you are carnal?

You can say it's flawed, but I would invite you attempt to prove it's flawed.
I'll be waiting.
The post you so graciously gave me the tilted white cross with the red background on is showing you your error. Further, the following post by mailmandan gave scriptural evidence of what I shared. Others have made the same arguments in various other ways. Hopefully, you will at least prayerfully consider what has been shared with you. I've been on the site over a year and a half, and have found those who have shared with you to be men of faith and learned in scripture.
