Temptations

I'm struggling with sexual immorality... I am a virgin and have promised to keep it that way until I am married, but other things are tempting me and I fear that if this continues I won't keep my promise. If anyone can pray for me that God would take it away, or give me advice, it would be welcomed and appreciated!

Heavenly Father we come to you in the name of Christ Jesus; O,Lord of our salvation and deliverance we are seeking you to help her now Lord and all the days of her life. Lord thou who giveth strength to the weak that are called according to thy purpose. Lord God keep her in thy will and give her the strength she need to be victorious over all the temptations of her flesh; Lord God of all the earth for you said that every soul that liveth is yours; Lord take control of her heart and mind that she may not sin against you neither will she sin againnst herself. Holy Father; stir up your Holy Spirit that dwells in her; that she will receive from you all the guidance she will need to make it through. as you say Lord " we die daily" let her continue to mortify her flesh and not give in to its worldly desisers. that she will be a holy and true vessel meet for you her master use. keep her sanctified in you Lord God of righteousness and peace, you have been faithful in her life; Lord we know you have not brought her this far that she will give up now. we see you smiling upon her with love and delite that your daughter want to do thy will and not her own. Father God we ask that you keep her mind stayed on you that she will remain in thy perfect peace and close her ears to the lies of the devil that willl tell her she can't go any longer; speak to her Lord all the day long to encourage her and strengthen her whenever she need it.
Lord you said that we can come unto you when we have laboured and our burdens our heavy and you will give us rest. Lord she is running to you her refuge and her fortress that she will find safety and rest in your arms. O, Lord our God; the author and finisher of our faith; the anchor of our souls; Lord we know that the enemy have no place in her life and every assignment he have assigned against her Lord in the Name of Christ Jesus we cancel them right now; and we decree thy victory over her whole life.... Thank you Lord God for all you have done and all you are about to do in her life.

Blessed be the name of the Lord who show his kindness and mercy toward us; Lord we thank you for being the God that you are; A Holy and Righteous God; God of love and hope and peace... in you O, God do we find Joy and truth... A meriful and gracious God who give us unmeasurable favor.. we delight ourself in thee and in you alone do we put our trust....
All praises and honour and glory be unto you our Heavenly Holy Father...... Thank you Lord God for hearing and answering this Prayer. In the Precious name of Christ Jesus do we pray AMEN.

well i pray for you, anytime i get a new girlfriend i tell them straight up within the first couple weeks of us going out, I will NOT have sex tell i am married and if you do not like that then i guess i will have to say goodbye..

my friend on the other hand always said he would not have sex tell he is married and he well got a girl pregnet and i told him that i was disipointed and he was like a brother to me, and he is, but she is not technecly pregent we still have to wait on the results, well pray for him, your in my prayers

i pray for you the best of luck to get rid of it, is what helps me is being around my girlfriend often, give long hugs to savior the moment, kiss slowley, and praise the lord anytime i can!

Thank you so much for the prayer, I feel the spirit of the Lord working within me.

I'm not allowed to date, but somehow I do it anyway...I know I shouldn't. It's very difficult when I get a lot of offers and when someone offers me something that everyone knows is hard to pass up! There have been two accounts where I was almost raped and I feel as though it was my fault for putting myself in that position, once by my boyfriend, and the other by a friend. I was going to then I told him no the other I just plainly said no and he locked me in his bathroom...so...yeah.
It's especially difficult because of the place I live in is very immoral and there are sooo many teenage girls with babies and the guys here think it's attractive! I don't understand that. But anyway, I thank you all for the prayers and I will continue to pray about myself that God will guide me and give me strength to overcome these desires.

Glory to God for his divine protection that he keeps around you, he is an amazing God, Just tell yourself in the Lord it is soo worth it, the Lord said the world will love it's own. that is why it is so attractive to the men, and not to you for you see the world through the eyes of God. and not of the devil as the world sees it. no good christian woman would want a man that is of the world for in them is distruction.

I pray for you sexual temptations are definetly difficult, and its easy to fall into going to far. Especially if you are ina relationship with other Christians, or even just people you really trust. I would recommend reading a book called Authentic Beauty by lesly Ludy. Its an amazing book and it really challenges you to trust in teh Lord and to allow him to take control of your love life. THe author has also been through a lot herself when it comes to sexual temptation and how far she went and how she made herself get past this, but its definetly not easy. Im at the point where i KNOW what i NEED to do but actually getting the courage to do it is hard.

God I just ask that you can be with this girl, I know relationship issues are not easy and trying to say no to sexual temptation is somethign you ask of us, but we are living in a society in which it has become the norm. You cant escape it whether its on tv, movies or in music its a huge part of our lives. I just pray that you can put into her life some strong christians who she can go to and feel a sense of comfort and not feel pressured. God just bless her life and show her your love.

Father God, I pray for this young girl and the struggle she is having! We thank you for her honsety and ask that you intervene in her life and help her over come the tempations that come unto her! We ask this in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ that God our Father might be glorified! Amen
