Hi everyone, I need some prayer for my lower back, which has DDD (Degenerative Disc Disease) in it, and it's to the point where the pain is constant, debilitating and unmanageable. It is progressively getting worse, and after a bad fall back in March which injured it even more, I can barely walk, can't sit for any long length of time, and cannot sleep at night without waking up a dozen times. I also have had to start using a walker and my doctor has said that within a few more years I will be in a wheelchair. Even as I type this, I am in wicked pain and am squirming around in my chair trying to find a somewhat comfortable position. I would really appreciate any and all prayers from you. Thanks. :)

I have said a prayer for Jesus to touch your back to provide healing and to alleviate your pain and suffering. I know full well that constant pain and suffering can snuff out what little joy that may remain in your life. I saw this same type of pain for years as I had to watch my late wife suffer and gradually lose the will to live. Your story is heartbreaking and deeply saddens me. You are not alone in your suffering but even so, this may provide little comfort for you. I will remember you in my daily prayers as well and will pray for your recovery from this debilitating condition.

Dear Father In Heaven

Dad please help my sister Blue LadyBug.....She is such a special friend to me and such a loving daughter to You. I feel her pain and I know that You know what she is going through. Please help her with pain management Father.

One touch from You and she could be healed. Help the doctors to know what to do for her and give her the strength and endurance to be able to deal with what she is going through. I hate to know that anyone has to go through such pain and I wish I could take it away from her. Please help her with this and wrap Your arms of love and comfort around her and bring her peace and rest in You I pray in Jesus Name Amen.

​Thank you, tourist. I appreciate your prayers. I know God will heal me, or at least make the pain more bearable, but I wish he would'nt take so long.. lol :)

Lady blue as I know I am greatly concerned for you and like I said to you I begged God to heal you but its all in his will so hopefully this prayer will be different than my other prayers for healing. The way you are always so happy up beat and encouraging and how you are always so nice and sweet even with such pain is beyond amazing. I know how hard pain is especially a pain you cant get help with, and I wish I could help somehow but alas all I can do is pray for you.

Just know that you are backed up by lots of loving family here in cc and all the ppl you have helped and encouraged- trust me that is going to give you lots of blessings and riches from God. We all love you very much and couldnt imagine what cc would be like with out you, we all love you this much each heart standing for a thousand hugs ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

ellie, thanks so much for your prayer. :) I try to bring wisdom, encouragement and laughter to everyone on here. The way I look at it is it's better to laugh than cry, because crying gets me nowhere, and it only makes me feel worse. So I laugh instead because I know the devil hates it when I laugh. :) lol.. Like my avatar says, the ONLY disability in life is a bad attitude, and that's 100% true. It's also true that laughter is the best medicine, so I will laugh myself healthy again!! :eek:

Joi, amen!! God truly is my peace and comfort. I cannot even express in words how eager I am to receive my new eternal pain-free body!! I hope heaven has alot of wide open fields because this ladybug is gonna do a lot of jumping and running and doing cartwheels!! lol :)

Blain, you have no idea how much I appreciate everyone's prayers. You are a great friend to me. :) In my reply to psychomom, I said that if I don't laugh I will cry. Crying only makes me feel worse and puts me back in the bad headspace I was in before I came to CC. Laughter is the best medicine for any disease, so I laugh. Every day, all day, I laugh. Whether it's at funny replies on here, or stupid cat videos on youtube, lol. :) You have no idea how much CC has helped me get back on my journey with God.

As for what CC would be like without me, here's hoping that my silly mouth never gets me banned!! LOL! Then you won't find out what's it like here without me. :eek: ​hah hah!! :)
